Our Training Specialties
Constantly feeling that nothing you do is right or that you don't measure up to others is the trap of low self-esteem. The inability to recognize your self-worth may leave you feeling down and like a life-long failure. We explore how to change the negative inner-voice and recognize your value.
How do you state your opinions, while still being respectful of others. Assertiveness is the ability to honestly express your feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes while respecting the other person’s wants, needs, and feelings as well. Learning to speak up without aggression is a tool that will get you far.
Self-care is any activity we do deliberately to take care of our mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical health. Self-care is our life preserver yet we often don't hang on to what is good for us as an individual. Learn to practice the important tasks that keep you whole as a person.
How do we let go of perfectionism and feel good enough? Awareness of the judgment words like should, need, have to, must, and ought to represent an excellent place to start. These words instill a sense of negative pressure on how we respond to our goals or tasks. Learn how language can affect our actions.
Procrastination & Time Management
Procrastination is the practice of carrying out less urgent tasks in preference of doing more pleasurable ones. This lack of focus could have negative outcomes in your life. You can improve with the right tools and recognize when procrastination is holding you back from your goal.
What keeps you focused, feeling whole, and in touch with your goals is the individual formula for success. Each person is unique and you will discover your "power tools". Explore what makes you tick and learn to keep a daily introspection journal to help you on your journey to your best life.
